Happ 2.4.0(518) is a proxy and VPN client for Windows from the Happ project. It does not sell its own servers: you add a subscription link or configuration from a server provider, and Happ handles the connection. The client is free, and you can download Happ for Windows from happ.su.
Happ belongs to a family of clients for modern proxy protocols, the kind that server providers, companies and technically minded users run on their own servers. Such services usually hand out a subscription link that contains a list of servers and settings. Instead of configuring each server by hand, you paste the link into Happ and choose a server from the list. That makes Happ useful for people who already have access to such a service and want a tidy client on several devices: the project offers apps for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS. The desktop versions are built with the cross-platform framework Qt 6, while the mobile apps are written natively in Swift and Kotlin. Happ is not for someone looking for a one-click VPN with its own servers; without a subscription or configuration from a provider, there is nothing to connect to. It is also not an anonymity tool by itself: the server operator can see your traffic's destinations, so choose a provider you trust.
According to Happ's requirements page, desktop versions for Windows, macOS (DMG) and Linux use Qt 6. The macOS App Store version needs macOS 15 and newer, and the Android app runs on Android 5.0 and newer. The same page has advice for users with older Windows versions.
The installer is about 87.79 MB according to catalogue data.
